PSS-S Refrigeration Energy-saving Desiccant Rotor
PSS-S is a new generation of desiccant rotor with higher performance and cost-effective.
PSS-S dehumidification performance is better than regular PSS under the same condition of airflow, temperature and moisture of process air, regeneration temperature and humidity ratio of regeneration air.
Desiccant Wheel Features
1. Refrigeration Energy-saving
PSS-S products have excellent performance in ordinary humidity (RH:10% ~ 40%), benifiting to its larger dehumidity performance. Refrigeration system matching with desiccant rotor can be changed and the temperature of chilled water could be increased by 4°C ~ 5°C. (standard 7°C inlet, 12°C outlet, 11~12°C inlet, 16~17°C oulet)
Save 12% ~ 15% of the total operating cost of system.

2. Smaller Size
Keep same performance, PSS-S is a size smaller than of regular PSS.
Compared with normal silica gel desiccant rotor on the market, under the same working conditions, because PSS-S has a very high performance dehumidification capacity, it is a smaller size than regular PSS when selecting the desiccant rotor.

3. Enhance Adsorption Performance
PSS-S performance is 10% ~ 15% more efficient than regular PSS.
PSS-S regeneration temperature is 20°C ~ 40°C lower than regular PSS in low dew point.

4. Wide Range of Application
(1) Normal humidity 10% ~ 40% application, Regeneration temperature 120℃ ~ 180℃
(2) Low dew point application, can reach to -50℃ ~ -75℃
