Fabricated OEM Tungsten Heavy Alloy Special Parts Used for Medical / Industry

Tungsten heavy alloy is widely used for counter weights, working as so-called tungsten weight in many fields, such as in machine, racing car, yacht, airplane, etc. Density of tungsten alloy could be ranged from 17.0g/cm3 to 18.5g/cm3. and the capacity could be reduced if it needs to be use in a small place. Besides, as its special properties, such as high hardness, wearing rsistance, excellent elongation, well machining ability, it is a suitable material for counterweight for the machine and airplane.

Characteristics of the tungsten heavy alloy

1. the high density but small volume

2. the high melting point

3. the excellent hardness

4. the superior wearing resistance

5. the high ultimate tensile strength

6. the  high ductility

7. the great machinability

8. the non-toxic and environmental friendly

9. the high impact resistance

10. the crack resistance

the advantages of the tungstrn heavy alloy parts

the density of the tungsten heavy alloy parts is up to 18.5g/cm3. the mechanical properties is either dynamic or static location. They are weakly Ferro magnetic. If specifically required, they are non-magnetic. At the meantime, they have the great resistance to the corrosion. What's more, the tungsten heavy alloy is easily machined, easily mechanically joined, brazed or shrunk fit to other material.
