2.Q:What is the delivery time
A:Normally, our delivery time is 60 days from 30% deposit byT/T transfer.Ready machine 5-10 days.We produce almost all accessaries all by ourselves to make sure machine high quality and work good,if the machine you buy is standard size,we can ready the machine within 45 days.
3.Q:What is our warranty?
A:our warranty is one year start from machine arrive the client's place, the parts can be replaced for free within one year(not including the easy-wear parts like blade), but the after-sales service is all machine lifetime, any problems happen can contact us, we will try our best to help you out of trouble.
4.Q:What is our payment terms?
A:Our general payment terms is T/T. after confirmed machine details, client need to pay 30% of the total amount by T/T to start the order. after machine finished and tested, and client feel satisfied (client can come and test the machine or we send machine testing videos to them) then pay 70% by T/T before shipping.(For other payment terms, need to be agreed by buyer and seller both parts.)
