Wire Connection
Plastic reinforced wire should be twisted 1.5-2 rounds/meter
Rubber reinforced wire should be twisted 2-3 rounds/meter.
Use correct crimping die and ferrule.

 

Wire Operation

When new wire starts to run, use less water and less wire speed to Sharpen the wire until diamonds are coming out. Afterwards, the wire Speed for plastic reinforced wire is suggested to be 26-31 meter/second; the wire speed for rubber reinforced wire is suggested to be 28-36 Meter/second, and make sure the wire is cooled down with proper cooling Water. For hard stone, wire speed should be reduced accordingly; for Soft stone, wire speed should be increased accordingly.

 

Precaution
Safety: It is prohibited to stand close to running diamond wire to avoid hurting people in case wire breakage.
Storage: avoid tensioning the plastic reinforced wire while not Using; avoid rubber reinforced wire being exposed to sunshine for Too long and avoid wire being contaminated with oil.
 Side Wearing: increase twisting number appropriately.
