Q: Are you a factory? Where is your factory located?

 

A:We are 10 years factory since 2009, Lingo has 3 factories in East/South China and thailand. Biggest factory is in Gungdong Province-South China, with 10 automatic Production lines and over 20.000m2. Nearest airport/seeaport(SHENZHEN)

 

Q: Can I get the sample? how It is cost?

 

A:Sample is acceptable for us, You have to pay both the sample and shipping cost, the cost will return to you after your next order confirmed.

 

Q: Can I have my own cover or box package?

 

A: Yes, If you need pillow with box, We can separate the pillow and box to load more pillows, Box customize MOQ is 500-1000 Pieces. If you need your own cover with your own logo, should need order 1000 pillows at least.

 

Q: What kind of fabric you have?

 

We mostly use cotton, knitted and velvet fabric, If you need your own cover, We accept OEM too.

 

Q: how you package latex sheet/mattress/pillow?

 

A: Latex sheet if thickness less than 3cm, we can package in roll or flat. If thickness over 3cm,We suggest flat package.

Latex mattress can be in roll/vacuum/flat package

Latex pillow regular package is 10 pillows in one carton, If need OEM box,5 boxes in one carton.
