the vertical glass drilling and milling machine is a five aixs composite CNC machine which is designed for drilling hole, doing notches,cut-outs and countersinking on glass sheets with the tickness of 4-19mm. the machine is controlled by a high-end numerical control operating system to achieve precise control of each servo axis. In addition, the structure of the whole machine has high rigidity and high stability, thereby achieving high-speed and high-precision processing of glass. The completely self-developed CAM software has powerful functions. It can automatically generate processing technology for different processing graphics, and generate processing programs according to specific processes. At the same time, it also has auxiliary functions such as library management and tool library management, which greatly reduces the cumbersome processing operations, making it easy for workers to start processing.

2 functions

the machine can perform multiple machining processes:

Driling:Thanks to the opposing heads,Holes drilling work can be done at maximum speed and always ensures excellent quality and precision.

Milling:this operation is easy and fast :Front and rear heads can mill and grind same time.

Countersink:this can be done  either with individual diamond arrissing wheels or with accessories fited on diamond drill bits.
