HABB brake is pneumatic shaft spring applied air release caliper disc brake. There are some models of it, including HABB-5, HABB-10, HABB-20, HABB-40 four models. It is a kind of safe brake, widely applied in emergency working situation.
HABB mode air brake is also called safety brake, exhausting air pressure, brake is braked by springs, supplying air pressure, brake is released. It is suitable for preventing accident and emergency braking. HABB model air brake is linked by springs, and released by air pressure. If supply air pressure from flow control valve, cylinder will be move, pan head screw and piston rack rotating together, compressing braking springs, friction plate and bushing disc separated, brake released. If exhausting air pressure, springs compress piston rack, friction plate touched with bushing disc, brake linked.
