Integrated pneumatic clutch and brake group is thin while has high torque. KB series pneumatic clutch and brake combination has two modes of air input way: shaft air input and face end air input, the shaft air input is extensive applied.
KB model pneumatic clutch and brake group, the air filling from shaft two air inlet ports into air chamber and then compressing piston. Piston compressed braking springs, brake released, clutch linked; on the contrary, if exhausting air pressure, braking springs return back, brake linked, clutch released.
for C type and S type braking disc, it depends on support rod to prevent disc turning. this clutch is usually used in punching machine, die-cutting machinery, cutting machinery and other forging and pressing equipment. Die-cutting machine pneumatic clutch, air filling from inlet port into clutch, pushing piston moves forwards to and compressed lining, through clutch base making driving shaft rotating, clutch linked for working. When exhausting air pressure, piston moves back and compressed lining by springs, clutch stops.
