after collecting the waste lubricating oil, it is filtered into the oil unloading tank through a grille, then pumped into the storage tank for sedimentation pretreatment, dehydration and impurities removal, and then entered the distillation tower for vacuum dehydration. The distillates are separated by high vacuum distillation and refined by MMP(methyl pyrrolidone) solvent to obtain qualified base oil. The MMP solvent is recovered and reused by solvent recovery unit, and the refined aromatic oil is taken out. The whole process operates in full airtight mode without exhaust gas output.
