We designed this CNC bending machine to be controlled by a man-machine interface system with a PLC touch screen. Three stepping motors drive the servo mechanism, a feeding length control mechanism, a bending radius selection mechanism and a bending angle control mechanism. First enter the bending direction, length and radius data on the touch screen. Then the PLC modulates and bends according to the parameters. Compared with other bending machines, the operation of this machine is simpler and more precise.
