Replaceable Rubber Pistons

Our replaceable rubber piston is made with HNBR to resist extrusion and abrasion. the two piece design allows for rubber replacement at lower operating pressures, while the robust construction makes it suitable for running at pressures up to 7500 PSI. In a very wide range of drilling conditions, the replaceable rubber piston can run in fluids from clear water up to heavy weight drilling mud. these pistons are fully interchangeable with most other manufactures products. Available sizes range from 3" through 7-1/2".

Premium bonded PU piston

Premium bonded PU piston apply advanced polymer compound, which provides strength to withstand chemical attack from additives used in today's oil, synthetic and water based drilling fluids. The compound also has improves abrasion resistance from drilling solids, capable of operating in fluid temperature up to 300°F.

BONDED URETHANE PISTON

BONDED URETHANE PISTON are constructed of double durometer urethane, bonded to a solid metal hub. Double durometer urethane is designed to provide optimum performance in oil-based mud and high drilling

Pressures.

Metal hub is made of 42CrMo forged steel, treated by phosphating and Oxidizing.

Piston cup is Vulcanized on  piston hub directly.

Feature

Rated for all drilling operations.

Maximum operating temperature is 180℉.

High pressure mud pump service, 7,500 psi (51.7 MPa)

Extended service life up to 300hrs.
