    HM-ZD350D High Productivity Automatic Rigid Box Machine is the most advanced fully auto box machine by our company. It is suitable to make various types of rigid boxes for mass production, such as premium box, mobile phone box, jewelry box, wine box, slanting box,, etc.

    this machine adopts YASKAWA PLC and motion control, YAMAYA Robot spotter, and can automatically feed cover paper, feed grey board, paste four corners, spot grey board, lift box, wrap box, fold corner edges and form box.

    the feeder, gluer and conveyor are driven servo which has continuously variable transmission and enjoys high accuracy, easy adjusting, and less time consumption. the spotter unit adopts Germany Balser camera tracing system with YAMAHA robot and SCARA for rectifying, enhancing the spotting accuracy to ±0.05mm. the forming unit employs electric Cam with Servo motors, guaranteeing the stable quality and fluent movement.

7. Automatically cut and heat tape to paste the greyboard box's quad stayer (four corners), with independent man-machine control;

8. Spotter by camera tracing system and YAMAHA Robot to spot correctly (spotting accuracy ±0.05mm);

9. Wrapper can automatically and continually deliver box, wrap paper, fold corner edge, fold in and form box;

10. Automatic control system for glue viscosity (optional).

1, the Finished Box Max. Sizes are determined by paper size.A(Min.)≤W+2H+2T+2R≤A(Max.); B(Min.)≤L+2H+2T+2R≤B(Max.)
2, Either the Max. Sizes or the Min. Sizes can not be fulfilled on the same box.
3, the production speed of the rigid box machine is determined by the box size, the paper and the greyboard materials.
4, Seller doesn't provide air compressor. (8atm=0.808MPa, 7.5kW compressor is needed)
