(1) as Self-regulation PTC elements. Heater will not be damaged even if under the condition without water flow. Figure 1 shows the relationship between resistance and temperature of PTC. as it is shown, the temperature increase leads resistance increase, thus power will go down.

(2) Power will be adjusted automatically by water temperature.
