 1. the material in contact with the material is made of SUS316L high-quality stainless steel. the internal and external surfaces of the equipment are polished with mirror finish, leaving no dead corners, which meets GMP requirements. 
2. the automatic control adopts original imported electrical accessories, commonly used brands such as Schneider, Siemens, etc. 
3. the emulsification tank is equipped with a CIP cleaning system to avoid the cumbersomeness caused by traditional cleaning methods and make cleaning easier and more efficient. 
4. the emulsification tank adopts a triple mixing system to reduce sealing links. Keeping the entire emulsification process in a vacuum-tight state can not only destroy the bubbles generated during the emulsification of the material, but also avoid unnecessary pollution caused by air ingress. 
5. the homogenizer adopts the most advanced technology at present, the emulsification speed: 0-3500r/min, the slow stirring speed: 0-65r/min, the homogenization effect is excellent, and the ideal emulsification effect can be achieved within ten minutes.
