Four-roll spinners, one for use, one for backup, are used to fiberize melt, and complete fiber blowing and binder application.

(2)Structure

Four-roll spinner is designed like trolley type, which moves back and forward by motor. Each roll is driven by belt, and regulates speed with frequency conversion. Cooling type of roll is development-type. Roll bearing uses air-oil lubrication type.
