When moving on the road surface with a side slope greater than 50 or the road surface with a large swing, the mixing rotation should be stopped, and the mixing rotation should be carried out after the road condition is improved. Before starting, put the operating handle of the mixing drum in the "stop" position. after starting the engine, the mixing drum should be rolled at a low speed for about 10 minutes to make the hydraulic oil temperature rise to more than 20℃.
When the vehicle is filled with concrete, it shall not stay at the site for more than 1 hour. If it exceeds the time limit, it shall immediately request the person in charge of the site for timely treatment. the slump of concrete transported by automatic feeding mixer shall not be less than 8cm. from the time of concrete entering the tank to discharging, it shall not exceed 2 hours when the temperature is high, and it shall not exceed 2.5 hours when the temperature is low in rainy weather. during the transportation of concrete, the mixing drum shall not stop for a long time to prevent concrete segregation. The driver shall regularly investigate the concrete condition, report the abnormal condition to the dispatching room in time, and request for handling.
When the automatic feeding mixer is parked in the open air, the mixing drum should be rotated before loading to discharge the water and sundries, so as to ensure the quality of concrete. When transporting concrete, it is necessary to ensure that the sliding bucket is firmly placed, so as to prevent swinging due to looseness, injuring pedestrians or affecting the normal operation of other vehicles during trekking. At the end of discharging, immediately flush the feeding port, discharging hopper and discharging chute with the hose on the truck, and then pour 150-200l clean water into the mixing drum to let the mixing drum roll slowly to clean the inner wall.
