1.Superior performance--the equipment can be used for feeding and Discharging ICs put in the forms of tray packaging, tube packaging and tape Packaging so that most types of IC can be programmed, printed marks on them and changed their packagings.
2.Intelligent operation--Automatically pick and place in order to complete the specified Tasks:feeding/positioning/programming/classifying/marking/discharging chips with the aid of software control.
3.Efficient Programming--be equipped with new generation of BeeHive204AP Programmer, high-speed CPU, FPGA, high-capacity Pin Drivers, USB interface, which can provide a high-speed, low-noise, stable and reliable programming platform.
4.Optional marking Mode--provides marks for chips in tape packaging.
5.Flexible packaging conversion--provides quick conversion of IC packaging among tray, Tube and tape with aid of the devices such as TR26/TP12/Feeder.
6.Precise positioning--equipped with two precise CCDs: Upward CCD for IC template comparison and downward CCD for positioning the location during picking and placing chips.
7.Multi sites--up to 4~18 sites can be used for programming chips asynchronously at a time, so as to minimize the waiting time when programming high-density Memory.
8.Efficient output--1200~1400 UPH, i.e. Programming speed is about 2.5 seconds Per unit.
9.Minimize the configuration--the design of the adapter is universal, and the same Adapter (socket board) is used to program chips with different brands and the same packages.
