FCL type flow computer is suitable for natural gas trade transfer metering system, supporting CL series gas ultrasonic flow meter. It meets related specification of GB/T18603, GB/T 18604, GB/T 17747, GB/T 30500, JG 1003, AGA No.8, AGA No.10 and ISO 122138, which could provide flexible configuration and accurate measurement of volume, mass and energy meteors in standard conditions for natural gas. the working mode is to collect the flow information of gas ultrasonic flow meter under working conditions (RS485 communication)., real-time signals from temperature and pressure transmitters (4-20mA, supporting HART), real-time component information from gas chromatography analyzers (communicated through serial or Ethernet ports) or assignment method - using fixed compression factor Z value method to complete accurate measurement of natural gas under standard conditions.
FCL-3 type flow computer is a new generation of flow computer launched by our company. Along with the excellent functions of FCL-1 and FCL-2 type products of the last generation, it adopts the current mainstream ARM 64-bit processor (the main frequency is 1GHz) and 1G operational memory (RAM), and is configured with a large capacity storage unit (4G ROM), with better computing and storage functions. the product has a resource-rich input/output interface with expandable properties, which can be used with two or more flow meters by adding an expansion board card. the resolution of analog input signals such as temperature and pressure can reach 24 bits. It has perfect self-diagnosis function and better man-machine dialogue interface, with 5.0 inch TFT color display LCD screen as well as USB serial port and report printer expansion.
