1. Product introduction: Frog vertical wear gauge is used to measure vertical wear value of frog point rail and wing rail at any sections.Also could be used for measure the decrease value of point rail relative to wing rail.It has the advantages of high measuring accuracy, easy to operate, high reliability, small volume, light weight ect. 2. Usage method: 1. Zero calibration

Before using,first make calibration. Put the gauge on a plate then push the measure vertical ruler and make it touch the plate,press the " zero" button.

2. Point rail decrease and wear measurement

Confirm the measuring point,slid the movable measure base,Adjust the two measurement bases distance and ensure can be placed on the two side wing rails.Move the measure vertical ruler to point rail. Push the measure ruler then could get the decrease value of point rail relative to wing rail and point rail wear.

3.Wing rail vertical wear measurement

Adjust the two measurement bases distance and ensure can be placed on the two side wing rails. Confirm the measuring point. Move the measuring vertical ruler to the measuring point of one side wing rail, then just need push the measuring ruler to measure the reduction value and wear value of the point.
