Working principle:
Heat Pump device is consists of compressor,electronic expansion vale,drying filter,four way valve,evaporator, casing condenser,fan and other major components.It adopts inverse Carnot principle, the compressor absorbs the low temperature and low press refrigerant gas, by the work of the refrigerant compressed into high temperature and high press air, the high temperature and high press air into the condenser exchange heat with air,condensed into a cryogenic liquid in the condenser and release a lot of heat.The heated material will absorbs the released heat energy and be forced its self moisture out though the how air circulation to achieve the purpose of drying the material.The condensed high temperature and low press liquid is throttling reduced by the expansion valve, the thermal of the surrounding air is absorbed by the action of the fan in evaporator to volatilize into the low press gas and is compressed into compressor, thus it is circulated worked continuously and the material is dried continuously.
