INTRODUCTION:
Magnesium nitrate hexahydrate is a colorless monoclinic crystal, which is easily soluble in water, liquid ammonia, methanol and ethanol. It is stable at room temperature, with a density of 1.461 g/cm3, which is higher than the melting point (95°C) to produce basic magnesium nitrate. It will start to decompose when heated to 300°C, and completely decompose into magnesium oxide and nitric oxide gas when it reaches 400°C. It is used as a dehydrating agent for concentrated nitric acid to manufacture explosives,catalyst catalysts and other magnesium and nitrate raw materials, wheat ashing agents, etc. Magnesium nitrate can provide water-soluble nitrate nitrogen and water-soluble magnesium to crops at the same time, can quickly replenish magnesium to crops, increase the content of chlorophyll in plants, and promote photosynthesis
