Brief introduction of principle
MSE-PF100 scanning thermal inspection uses electronic scanning instead of traditional optical cooling scanning, which omits the maintenance of rotating parts and improves the scanning reliability. however, the traditional static analog thermal detection HMD only uses a photodiode to detect infrared signals exceeding the set threshold, which is easily affected by water mist and field background thermal radiation.
Electronic scanning thermal inspection can realize rapid and accurate detection of the head and tail edges of rods and wires or rigidity by using microprocessor technology, and the response time is digitally adjustable. The LED bar-shaped display bar at the back of the sensor can not only display the position of the measured object, but also accurately adjust various parameters.
