We focus on TFT LCD module production and R&D. the main sizes of TFT LCD modules we are offering are: 1.44", 1.77", 2.0", 2.2", 2.4", 2.8", 3.0", 3.2", 3.5", 4.3", 5.0", 7.0", 8.0", 9.0" and 10.1". Including normal light display and high light back light display. Our products are widely used for, Security product, household appliances, Instrument and meter,military products,automobile instruments, finger print machine,mobile phone, video door phone, GPS navigator, CVR, Anti-dazzle rear-view mirror and so on. We can provide customized TFT LCD module according to customer's requirements. We can amend FPC, PIN assignment and driver IC and so on. the pixel can be maximum 1024*600. the width between 2 PINS can be minimum 10 um. the driving voltage is normally 3~5V, we can make higher or lower voltage. the operation temperature can be maximum from -40 Centidegree to 90 Centidegree. the view angle can be from 6 o'clock to IPS.
