Description
the function of the WB series temperature transmitter is to amplify the electrical signals from the sensor, to correct and depending on the model galvanically insulate them. The conditioned signal can then easily be transmitted over long distances to the in-/output sections of a process control system or controller.
since the electrical signal from the thermocouple or resistance thermometer is relatively strong, signal amplification in close proximity to the sensors is not required.
