A: Yes, all of our products are customized, we can make the design based on your origial document and specific requirement.
Q3: how long is your delivery time?
A: Generally 15-20 working days for OEM order, it is according to the quantity.
Q4: Can you do custom order?
A: Yes, we accept OEM/ODM orders. You can tell us directly about your requests, we'll provide our professional advice to you. for designing, we do need an original file which we can move or make adjustment on any part of the design, such as PDF, AI, CDR.
Q5: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes. Within 3-5 working days for white dummy. 5-7 working days for customizing sample, sample fee is US$80-$100, can refund after order amount over US$5000.
Q6: What are your terms of payment?
A: 30% deposit by T/T, Paypal, or Western Union in advance, balance 70% before shipment.
