Tea bag filter paper manufactured from a specialty selected blend of high quality Abaca pulp (imported from Philippines), wooden pulp(imported from Canada) and P.P. Fiber (imported from Austria). this paper has best seal integrity, excellent particle retention, superior infusion, taste neutrality and optimum wet strength. It is used to wrap tea,coffee or herbal in the food industrial.

2. Product Application

Teabag filter paper is used to process teabag by packing machine, it will be sealed when the packing machine temperature arrived above 135 degree, Teabag filter paper is suitable for the different packing machine, such as CCFD6 packing machine made by China, MAISA packing machine made by Argentine and IMA packing machine made by Italy, the main size 125mm and 140mm. Teabag filter paper has performance of soft papery and high wet strength and measure up the line standard of GB/T25436-2010 constituted by Hangzhou Xinhua Paper Industry Co., Ltd. In 2010.

4. Product Usage

16.5gsm, 17gsm is suitable for fast speed packing machine, 180-250bag/minutes, such as Italy IMA machine, Argentina Maisa machine, good air permeabilty and good strength tensile. 1kg 125mm can be made 7000bags empty bag.
18gsm 22gsm is suitable for medium speed packing machine, 120-180bags/minutes, such as common Argentina maisa machine, Chinese Nanfeng CCFD6 machine. 1kgs 125mm can be made 6500bags empty bag.

18.5gsm, 24gsm is suitable for slow speed packing machine. 65-100bags/minutes, such as Tianjing machine. Fujing machine. Wenzhou machine. 1kgs 125mm can be made 6000-6500bags empty bag.
