1. Adopt strong vertical steel head milling head, gear box and brake seat are processed by high-grade cast iron, with good rigidity, low deformation, heavy specific gravity and more accurate cutting; the transmission structure of the original spindle in Taiwan adopts a patented special design. the end milling head and cantilever are exclusively patented and locked with five screws on both sides. It has strong horsepower and is suitable for heavy cutting. It is matched with NSK P4 precision spindle bearing.

2. the spindle is made of integrated formed scm-21 material, which is subject to quenching, tempering, carburizing and precision grinding. Precision P4 bearings are selected. the purchase, assembly and testing process are strictly controlled to ensure that the swing error is controlled within 0.002mm.

3. the casting is made of fc-30 and fcd-45 high-grade strong and tough cast iron, matched with the internal super stiffener, and subject to forced tempering to eliminate the internal stress and ensure the strength and rigidity. the stiffener design is exclusively adopted on both sides of the casting to ensure the stability and accuracy of the machine during heavy cutting.

4. the worktable is made of fc-30 high-grade strong and tough cast iron. the extended and widened improved double dovetail worktable is 1470 * 320mm. the worktable and slide rail are quenched and tempered, and then hardened and ground by high cycle. after the T-groove is accurately processed, the three grooves and six sides are precisely ground, and the full stroke tolerance is within 0.01m/m, so that the workpiece processing operation is fast and convenient.

5. the X and Y axes adopt C5 pre pressed double nuts, precision ball screws and locking devices, with smooth escort, small clearance and good positioning. 10. Y-axis slideway, dovetail and adjustment "a" are fully pasted with turcite-b wear-resistant plate, and then precision manual spading is carried out to ensure lasting precision and wear resistance. 10. Y-axis and z-axis slideways are protected by precision wiper blades to ensure that the slideway is not scratched.
