Description:

IOTA Common Grade Silicone Rubber is master-batch, heat vulcanizing after the Addition of a vulcanizing agent (chosen according to the transformation process)

Applications: 

Widely Used in miscellaneous parts, such as O-rings, gasket, keypads,etc

Special properties:

(1)  Excellent process ability

(2)  Excellent mechanical Properties

Vulcanizing agent:

1.0% 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy)hexane (45%), and vulcanization for 5 Minutes at 175°C,Post-curing condition:200°C*4h

Packing:

It Is delivered in 20 kg carton boxes.

Storage and shelf life: 

It may Be stored in its original unopened packaging at a temperature below 40°C for up to 12 months from the date of manufacture marked clearly on the packaging.
