the Dewaxing Autoclave is special designed for removing the wax patterns in the ceramic shell in the investment casting line. It is dEsigned as an integration of the steam boiler(Outer chamber) and de-wax chamber (inner chamber), saving space, increasing heat efficiency, economical, environmental and no pollution.

Structure Features

1. with two control methods: automatic and manual, easy to operate.

2. this equipment is a double chambers pressure vessel. It takes short time for pressure balance, and the time can be adjusted on certain conditions.

3. the surface temperature inside the autoclave is keeping above 150℃to reduce distilled water in the wax and inside the autoclave

4. We use new thermal insulation materials with the features of low heat conductivity coefficient, good adiabaticity to reduce fuel consumption. this is an energy-saving equipment.

5. Simple to install and east to operate, the machine can be controlled automatically and optional controlled manually for maintenance.
