Filter Separator Skid
the filter separator is a field station device for purifying pipelines of natural gas gathering and transportation stations, mainly for processing and purifying impurities and moisture in natural gas. Its structure is in the form of horizontal quick-opening blind plate design, and the degisn adopts advanced two-stage design. The first stage is the coalescing filter element filtration which removes dust particles and liquid droplets in the gas to the maximum extent, and can make the dust and droplet filtration accuracy of 5um and above reach more than 99.99%. The second stage uses advanced vane separator to further separate the droplets contained in the gas, which greatly improves the separation efficiency and accuracy of the filter separator.

The filter separator is equipped with skid-mounted integrated device, the user only needs to connect with the process pipeline flange on site, and the installation is convenient.
