Features

Working Principle

the double-head single screw pump is meshed by a double-head helical rotor (screw) and a three-head helical stator with a lead (helical pitch) of 1.5 times that of the rotor, to form two to three sealed cavities. When the rotor is driven by an external force, the rotor makes a planetary motion in the stator, and the volume of the sealed cavity moves uniformly to the outlet of the stator, thus the medium is constantly inhaled from the entrance of the stator and discharged from the outlet of the stator to realize the continuous transportation of the medium.
