We have our Own manufacturing and printing facility which is 58,000 ft2, equip punching line, cut to length line, coating line, printing line and optical inspection machine, we are agent of the manufacturer which has been in domestic market for 10 years.

during cooperating with our experienced manufacturer, we found that traditional lug issues keep perplexing customers all the time, like rust problems in tinplate caps, difficult to make safety button and patterns in stainless steel caps etc.. 

Therefore, we spent two years for research, development & testing, finally invented the brand-new aluminum alloy lug caps, and we had also applied patent for in China, patent No. 201920636042.2.

after making food-grade coating, the aluminum alloy lug caps are resistant for acid, alkali, salt spray and oxidation, and can sustain 128C (=262.4F) sterilization for 60 minutes.
