Application:
Aged Transformer Oil Regeneration System for Oil Regeneration has integrated the purification technology of low temperature physical adsorption (except dielectric loss, decolor and deodor) and online regeneration adsorption filters in one, with high speed purification and oil quality protection, etc., It can efficiently remove moisture, impurities, oxidative deterioration matter, hydrocarbons, and chromosome gum and other harmful substances in oil. after decoloring with our machine, the oil will be as clean as new, especially the dielectric loss index of the transformer oil will recover to new oil's standards, which ensures oil circulating for long-term use.
Aged Transformer Oil Regeneration System for Oil Regeneration
1. It doesn't need Acid and alkali process, simple processing and reduce the cost of oil filtration.
2. Full process is physical purification. the oil can be recovered and the additives in the oil won't be damaged.
3. the operation is under full-closed, safety and environmental protection.
4. Extend the lifetime of antioxidant and additives by removing the oxidizing material in the oil.
5. Good result on the declorization. It can restore the unqualified transformer oil to be clean qualified oil.
6. the absorption agents can reused after activated and regenerated by the regeneration system so as to extend filter life cycle.

1. Two stage vacuum system, rotary vane vacuum pump and boosting roots vacuum pump, strong power of vacuum evacuating, ultimate vacuum value ≤ 5Pa.
2. High volume of vacuum separating chamber, efficient oil film sprayer, increasing separating size and shorting the separating time to ensure the dry-level and dielectric strength improving greatly.
3. Advanced film evaporation technology, combined with unique and advanced dewater, degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water, dissolved moisture, gas from oil.
4. Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies.
5..Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
6. Automatic liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure machine operation easy and safely.
7. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
8. Functions of online work onsite, vacuum drying, vacuum oiling and vacuum filling of transformers and electrical equipment.
9. Optional working with oil regeneration device to decolor (remove acid, oxide, free carbon etc) and lower dielectric loss, making the treated oil more limpidity.
