Shoe Press Felt

Structure
the shoe press felt comprises a surface layer fiber layer, a core layer fiber layer, a bottom wire layer and a back layer fiber layer which are stacked and connected in sequence; the bottom wire layer includes at least three layers of upper bottom wire, middle bottom wire and lower bottom wire the bottom net and the three-layer bottom net are all composed of warp and weft, and the warp is set perpendicular to the weft; the warp of the upper bottom net is nylon monofilament, and the weft is a multi-ply yarn composed of multiple ultra-fine nylon monofilament warp strands; the middle bottom net the warp is a plied yarn composed of a plurality of ultra-fine nylon monofilaments, and the weft is a nylon monofilament; the warp of the lower bottom net is a nylon monofilament, and the weft is a plurality of ultra-fine nylon monofilaments. the utility model will not cause inlay between the bottom mesh layers, and has the characteristics of large water-holding space, good air permeability and good elastic recovery; when used in shoe presses with particularly high linear pressure, it has strong compaction resistance and good drainage. It can withstand extremely high line pressure and has a long service life.
