7. the machine can be equipped with double diaphragm pump, also can equipped with plunger pump. If the machine is equipped with the low pressure air spray guns, then need the double diaphragm pump, if the machine is equipped with the airmix guns, then need the plunger pump.

8. in order to have a dust free area, this machine is equipped with air circling system. the air circling system including the air inlet system, top filtering system, paint smog filtering system, air exhausting system,etc. this air circling system can let the fresh and clean air continuously pressed in the spraying room, and the waste air exhaust the spraying room, and the paint smog is filtered.

9. the fresh air inlet system is equipped with a big horse fan, to keep the fresh air continuous into the spraying room, and filter will filter the dust in the air, and keep the air clean. the exhaust fan with large horse power is installed at the exit to fast the paint leek flow in the spraying room. and reduce the staying time in the spraying room. this can keep the spraying quality.

10. the belt cleaning system can keep the conveying belt clean and tidy, and there is almost no paint left on the conveyor belt after being cleaned, so it can avoid the contaminate the work piece to be painted, and can keep a excellent painting effect.

11. There are 3 working steps of the belt cleaning system, which ensure the make the belt clean. The first step is the belt scraper to scrape the down the extra paint on the conveyor belt. The second, third step is that the scrapping rollers with paint thinner to wash the conveyor belt. The paint recovering system can collect the extra paint sprayed on the conveyor belt, some paint collected can be reused. It can save much paint and reduce the spray cost.
