Specifications

Basic performance

1. High strength and good designability

Continuous fiber reinforced thermosetting composites are mainly composed of glass fiber and thermosetting resin, which play an reinforcing role and transfer load. The tensile strength of glass fiber is very high (3450mpa), and its content, length and laying form determine the strength of the bracket products. Thermosetting glass fiber reinforced composites can be in the range of 30-1000mpa strength. Therefore, we design the amount, length and laying form of glass fiber according to the force of the product, output, production process and affordability.

2. Don't creep

the rigidity of the continuous fiber reinforced thermosetting composite scaffold is twice that of the fiber reinforced nylon scaffold produced by a company in the United States. It will not deform even under long-term load and will not tilt down like the metal cable bracket used in some domestic cities.

3. the fire

Oxygen index is an important means to evaluate the products of cable fire. Oxygen index refers to the fire resistance of a fireproof product under maximum oxygen conditions. In engineering use should be determined according to the intensity of combustion. for example, under the condition of 30 cables, if a cable ignition accident occurs, high temperature heat accumulation of more than 500 degrees can be formed within 4 minutes, resulting in delayed ignition of cables along the direction.the more cables there are, the more combustible mass there is. At the time of 30 cables, the mass of combustible body per unit length was 20.5kg/m, now calculated with 300 cables, the mass of combustible body per unit length is 158kg/m, calculated according to the maximum possible combustion intensity, oxygen index should not be less than 65%. In our opinion, the oxygen index of product fire protection standard should be set at 70%.

the oxygen index of the composite cable bracket is greater than or equal to 70%. Meet the fire low smoke, halogen - free, non - toxic safety requirements. the fireproof performance is higher than the technical specification of glass fiber plastic cable trough plate used in Taiwan underground railway (oxygen index is 52%), and much higher than the reinforced thermoplastic bracket made by an American company. this index is not lower than the composite fire standard for new vehicles in Hong Kong MTR which has been certified by British BS.

4. Corrosion resistance

Continuous fiber reinforced thermosetting composite scaffolds are resistant to corrosion, especially in humid, salt fog, acid and weak base environments.

5. Electrical insulation

Insulation properties can be adjusted according to the requirements of use.

A) Electrical insulation type, insulation resistance is greater than 1000G ω;

B) Antistatic type, surface resistance less than 10G ω.

1. Support specifications should be selected for cable trench, cable channel width and cable model size. the SFZ-3/540 bracket is suitable for placing three cables, and the SFZ-2/430 bracket is suitable for placing two cables. If you have special requirements, you can customize according to actual conditions.

2. Suitable ambient temperature range:-20--+70°.

3. Install the cables horizontally. If the cables are tilted, take other measures to fix them.

4. It is required to be balanced and vertical, and the horizontal spacing of the same side supports is 80 cm. the two sides of the supports are staggered to ensure the balanced bearing capacity of the supports.

5. When the support is embedded, it shall ensure that the support base and the concrete of the masonry wall are fully occluded and compacted, and maintain a right Angle state with the fixed wall to ensure the bearing area of the base and avoid distortion. When laying cables, lay them from top to bottom. Drag the cables horizontally.

(1) Steel used for steel structure support should be straight and without significant distortion. after blanking, the length deviation should be within 5mm, and the incision should have no crimping and burr.

(2) Steel support should be welded firmly without significant deformation. the vertical net distance between the horizontal supports should meet the design requirements, and the deviation should not be greater than 2mm. the net distance between layers should not be less than twice the cable diameter plus 10mm; the oil-filled cable shall be at least twice the cable diameter plus 50mm.

(3) Cable bracket should be firmly installed, horizontal and vertical. the horizontal rails of each cable support should be on the same horizontal plane, and the height deviation should not be greater than 5mm. Cable supports installed in a sloped trench or building I- shall have the same slope as the trench or building. Minimum distance from the cross of cable bracket to the top, floor or bottom of trench.

(4) after assembly, the vertical deviation of the steel structure shaft should not be greater than 0.2% of its length, the horizontal error of the support horizontal support should not be greater than 0.2% of its width, and the deviation of the shaft diagonal should not be greater than 0.5% of the diagonal length.

(5) the production and installation of cable brackets should meet the design requirements.

(6) the cable bracket must be coated with anticorrosive primer, and the paint should be uniform and complete.

Cable supports located in hot and humid, salt fog and chemically corroded areas should be made of special anti-corrosion treatment or hot-dip galvanizing, or other materials with better corrosion resistance can be used to make supports.

Combined cable support

Combined cable support, also called assembled support, is in the factory according to the support can be directly installed in the field requirements of the various parts of the support, after the completion of the cable structure, before or during the cable laying directly installed in the field cable support. the connection between it and the structure is generally connected by expansion bolts or embedded parts in the structure. the bracket is composed of a column and a bracket (transverse arm). the bracket (transverse arm) is connected with the column by the south bracket positioning seat directly inserted into the positioning hole installed on the column, and then fixed by the positioning pin (bolt). The bracket is convenient for loading and unloading, free insertion and removal, convenient operation and simple construction.

Processing requirements

1. the processing of cable support shall meet the following requirements:

(1) Steel should be flat and straight without obvious distortion. the cutting error should be within 5mm, and the incision should have no crimping and burr.

(2) the support should be solidly welded without significant deformation. the vertical net distance between each bracket and the design deviation should not be more than 5mm.

(3) the metal cable bracket must be treated with anticorrosion. Special anti-corrosion treatment should be made according to design when it is located in hot and humid, salt fog and chemically corroded areas.

2. Cable supports can be made or processed by the manufacturer.
