Main features

Construction process

 for the pre-prepared paste method, in the first cast concrete need to be reserved on the waterstop placement slot (can be nailed in the formwork pre-prepared wooden strips).

after removing the concrete formwork, remove the surface to make the joint surface free of water, clean and debris.

Embed the waterstop into the reserved slot. If not reserved slot, for vertical joints can be added with binder full-length paste, or use cement nails with wooden strips to fix the waterstop; for horizontal joints can be directly pasted on the concrete surface.

the water-stopping strip should be pasted as soon as possible after pouring concrete. In the process of installation and paste, should prevent the water-stop strip from pollution and the role of water, so as not to affect the use of the effect.Installation method

Need to paste the construction joints of the fixed waterstop, the interface of the post-cast joints should be kept dry and smooth, and the interface should be cleared of scum, dust and things before construction. Waterstop installation site is determined, in the interface to be placed on the waterstop and the bottom of the waterstop meta-gas coated with a thin layer of adhesive, wait for the mucus to evaporate for a period of time and then paste, or use high-strength anchor nails to fix the waterstop in the installation site.

If the concrete interface is wet or uneven, the adhesive paste is not fixed, depending on the specific situation with high-strength anchor nails to further strengthen the fixed. In short, the waterstop must be in close contact with the concrete interface fixed solid, to prevent the waterstop from the interface and promote the role of anti-seepage.
