1.Brief Introduction:

  

the machine tool is a two axis (X-axis is transverse feeding of grinding wheel frame and Z-axis is longitudinal movement of worktable) two linkage CNC cylindrical grinding machine. the CNC system adopts international or domestic well-know brands. It has the functions of automatic feed,withdrawal,rough grinding,fine grinding, dressing of grinding wheel,automatic compensation,etc.

the grinding wheel spindle adopts sleeve type or dynamic and static pressure spindle, the grinding wheel frame guide rail adopts steel guide rail adopts steel guide rail, the worktable guide rail adopts Flat-V plastic lubrication guide rail, and the servo motor ball screw is used to drive the feed mechanism and the worktable to move.

the mail body of the machine tool is cast by cast iron, with a fully enclose enclosure protective cover, a backpack type electrical cabinet in the rear and a rotary operation screen in the front.
