1, Pricing - Important Sizes we need to received from you
Windows Exactly Dimension Schedule with Size or Specific Request for Glass Panel & Aluminum Profile

2, Shop Drawing

We will make the Shop Drawing for you confirm based on your Rough Drawing Requirement, and will proceed the production work for you once received the signed.

3, Production & Trail Assembled & Inspection
Production time would be about 30 working days after deposit paid and shop drawing confirmed.
Accurate time will depend on final quantity and if peak season or not.

 Trail Assembly - We do trail assembly for each set of window to make sure all dimensions are correct.

Inspection Work - after we finished the trail assembly work, we will inspect each sets windows andTake the videofor you confirm.

4,Packing - to get goods ready for shipping
Packing way depends on whether goods will be shipped in FCL way (full container loading) or LCL way (less than container loading).

Standard packing:
Aluminum Profile:Bubble Wrap +Foam (add plywood box if in LCL shipping);
Glass & Accessories:Bubble Wrap +Foam + carton + sealed plywood box / Wood Case

5,Container loading & Shipping
If you do not have cooperated shipping forwarder, we can do CIF terms and arrange shipping for you, and you just need to find a local broker for customs clearance and deliver goods from destination port to your project site.

If you have your own forwarder in China, we can do EXW terms to load the goods in container at our factory.

If you have other products buying from China, you can send to our factory to load together.
