We have many sizes for the roll heat press machine. the drum width can be made as per your paper and fabric width.
as for the drum diameter, it will affect the sublimation speed. Bigger roller diameter, faster speed. Also, the power will be much different for different roller diameter. for example, the voltage of 21cm roller diameter can be 220V 1 phase since the power of 21cm roller diameter machine is much smaller than 42cm roller diameter. Some shops don't have 3 phase power, so customers choose the 21cm roller diameter.
but the 42cm is more convenient than the 21cm. It has automatic blanket moving function which controls by motor. so you can press the button to get blanket moved forward and moved back. the 42cm roller diameter machine has a motor for take-up system. But 21cm doesn't have. It uses the main motor.
Machine is using a new technology which can prevent from oil contacting air. It makes the service time of oil much longer and ensure you of heating evenly.
Automatic blanket alignment system: It uses photoelectric switch, belt and motor. When blanket goes to the side and contact the spring, the photoelctric switch will receive the message and motor will control the alignment shaft move up or down.
