(1) Introduction to diaphragm compressor

the diaphragm compressor is driven by the motor, rotates the crankshaft through the belt pulley, and then passes through the connecting rod to make the piston in the oil cylinder move back and forth in a straight line, push the oil fluid and make the diaphragm vibrate back and forth. under the control of the inlet and exhaust valve, each vibration of the diaphragm completes an inlet and exhaust process. When the membrane press works, a small amount of oil in the oil cylinder leaks into the oil tank through the gap between the piston ring, the cylinder wall and the ring groove. In order to compensate this part of the oil quantity, so that the diaphragm can cling to the cylinder head surface at the end of the compressor stroke and drain the compression medium, the compensation oil pump injects the oil into the oil cylinder during the suction process of the membrane compressor, and the oil quantity is slightly more than the leakage quantity. The excess oil quantity flows back to the crankcase through the pressure regulating valve controlling the oil pressure at the end of the compressor stroke.

(2) Characteristics of diaphragm compressor

Because the diaphragm completely separates the cylinder from the oil cylinder, the compressed medium does not contact with the oil, so as to avoid oil pollution and ensure the purity of the compressed medium. the cylinder is composed of cylinder head surface and diaphragm. It is a closed cavity, so it has good sealing. the compression process of the compressor is closer to the isothermal compressor. Compared with the piston compressor, it can take a higher compression ratio and fewer corresponding compression stages, so the machine has compact structure and small overall dimensions.
