General description of MDF Door Automatic Paint Spraying Machine
1.this machine is specially used to spray Sealer, primer, finish coat on door panels to make the interior doors & exterior. with the help of holding shaft, also can painting for furniture panel, kitchen cabinet doors, door & window frame etc.

2.It can not only spray the varnish paint & color paint, but also can spray the color ink.

3.this machine can paint about 100-150 Pieces of interior doors per shaft (8 working hour/shaft), can paintabout 250-450 square meters of furniture panels, or kitchen cabinet Doors

4.When working, this machine only need 1 or 2 normal workers to load the work piece and discharge the painted doors, furniture panels, kitchen cabinet doors,etc

5.this machine should be located in a dust Free room with the air inlet & exhaust system.

6.this machine can spray the PU,UV, Water Base paint, NC, PE, AC paint, etc, Also can spray theLaminating glue for PVC or wood veneer laminating doors,kitchen cabinet Doors,etc

7.Before painting 1 kind of door panel or Furniture panel, we pre-set the spray parameters of the door, such as width,height, thickness into the controller through the LCD Touch Screen, when finish setting and saving, then the controller will generate the Spraying program for this kind door panel, and will store this spraying program into the data base of PLC. Then in the furniture, if you want to paint this Kind door panel, just need to take this spraying program and run, no need Re-set. When painting, after loading the door panel, the worker just need to Press the start button on the feeding part is ok.

8.this machine can paint 2 surface+4 sides of the door panel at 1 time, about take 1.5-2minute, can paint 1Surface+4 sides of furniture panel or cabinets door at 1 time
