3 Definition of Product Defect:                                             

 Fatal defect: the product has defects that pose a threat to the user's personal and property safety;                                            

Serious defects: defects that cause product failure or reduce product performance, but are unacceptable to ordinary users; manifested as:                                              

      1. Functional defects affect normal use;                                         

      2. the performance parameters exceed the specifications;                                       

      3. Leakage components, accessories and main signs;                                          

      4. Add irrelevant marks and other items that may affect product performance;                                        

      5. the packaging has defects that may affect the image of the product;                                        

      6. There are serious defects in structure and appearance that are unacceptable to general customers.                                           

 Minor defects: Defects that may degrade the performance of the product, but are acceptable to ordinary users.                                               

4 Appearance defect inspection and conditions:                                             

4.1 Inspect the environment and conditions of appearance packaging and other items                                            

      Distance: the distance between the human eye and the surface of the object to be measured is 30cm to 35cm                                       

      Time: the total time for each inspection shall not exceed 3min                                            

      Position: the viewing surface is 45 degrees from the desktop, rotated 15 degrees up and down, left and right, and flipped back and forth                                        

      Lighting: ordinary fluorescent lamps                                          

 

                     

5 Product sampling standards:                                             

 in the case of non-special factors, the sampling standard adopts MIL-STD-105E normal inspection for one sampling, and the general inspection level is Class II.                                              

6 Acceptable quality level:

7 Inspection content:                                                 

7.1 the inspection content of the product can be divided into the following parts:                                               

A) Product appearance inspection standards                                            

B) Product function inspection standard (see production inspection process)                                                 

                                                 

7.2 Product inspection procedures:                                                 

 QA inspectors inspect each sample sampled; for product batches that pass the inspection, QA employees attach a qualified label and release them for delivery (for small batches and trial production, full inspection is performed);                                                 

                                                 

for product batches that fail the inspection, they shall be returned to the production line for rework. after all inspections, they shall be re-submitted for inspection; the samples that have been sampled, all qualified sample units, can be regarded as qualified products after being repackaged, and all defective sample units shall be considered as qualified products. It must be repaired by the relevant maintenance personnel, and the corresponding re-inspection procedures shall be carried out depending on the content of the defects. after the re-inspection is passed and repackaged, it can be regarded as a qualified product.                                                 

7.3 Surface classification:                                                

                                                 

AA side: the area where only information is displayed (for example: the display area of the display screen and the visible area of the LCD).                                              

Side A: the main side (front) that is directly viewed in close proximity and exposed during use.                                                 

Side B: the secondary side (side) that is not directly viewed but exposed during use.                                               

C-Side: the face (back or inside) that is rarely seen or invisible during use.                                               

Description of some typical defects:                                               

4.4 Color point: It is difficult to distinguish long and wide shapes with naked eyes, and its maximum diameter is its size when measuring.                                               

4.5 Break difference: that is, the dislocation, the steps after the assembly of each component exceeds the standard.                                               

4.6 Surface particles: fine particles attached to the surface of the painted parts, such as dust.                                                 

4.7 Impurities: dots or lines formed by foreign objects during painting.                                                

4.8 Peeling: the peeling of the surface coating.                                              

4.9 Air bubbles: Because the raw materials are not fully dried before molding, the water vaporizes in the high temperature resin to form air bubbles.                                                

4.10 Shrinkage: the surface of the product shrinks due to cooling and hardening during molding, resulting in visible pits or pockets called shrinkage.                                                

4.11 Pifeng: the extra plastic waste                                                  around the plastic parts due to injection molding or mold.

4.12 Color difference: the surface of the product shows a different color from the standard sample (the customer acknowledges the sample).                                               

4.13 Bumps: Bump marks on the surface of the product.                                                

4.14 Whitening: the whitening phenomenon that occurs when the product's sides,  column holes and other positions are demolded.

4.15 Poor adhesion: refers to the layer-by-layer or flake-like or point-like peeling of the coating, but does not leak out of the substrate.                                             

If a surface has multiple defects, the sum of all defects is used to determine whether the surface defect exceeds the standard; (for scratches, the sum of the lengths of all scratches is used to determine whether it exceeds the standard. for circular defects, its Diameter sum to determine whether it exceeds the standard); the following standards are used for heterochromatic defects, and the same color defects are appropriately relaxed by one or two levels;                                             

Line: the type of defect with a length-to- width ratio greater than 5 and a width of no more than 0.1mm;                                              

Point: has the shape of a point, and its dimension is measured with its largest diameter.
