Our annual forging capacity is 10,000 tons and we have more than ten scientific and technical personnel. Our extensive raw material inventory includes structural carbon steel, alloy structural steel, carbon tool steel, alloy tool steel, stainless steel and non-magnetic steel etc. We produce large and medium sized forgings including 4145H mod drilling stabilizer forging, reamer forging, and wellhead components forgings, etc.

Tiptop supplies a wide range of forged hollow bars, which has good resistance and high strength and hardness. Forged hollow bar is usually made from a solid round metal billet which is related and pushed or pulled over a form until the material is shaped into a hollow tube.
