2. Precautions during installation
2.1. the equipment shall be placed at room temperature from -10℃ to 30℃; the relative humidity should not be higher than 80% indoors. the room should have good ventilation.
2.2. Pay attention not to knock against the box and components when unpacking.
2.3. It is recommended to use air switch with leakage protection for the power supply of the equipment, so the equipment is not equipped with power plug when leaving the factory.

3. Product calibration is accurate
this product can be used only after qualified inspection and calibration by a unit with national verification qualification. the verification method is as follows:

3.3. 3-5 (or more) standard thermometers should be selected during inspection. Insert standard thermometers into the representative parts of the water bath with olivier (note: do not insert under the olivier)
4, read the temperature value above each standard thermometer and calculate the average.
5, long press the SET key for 3 seconds, when the temperature display window displays LC interface (LC00 is not locked; When LC01 is used to lock the inner layer parameters of the instrument; LC02 is to lock the SET value and instrument inner layer parameters), then press the set key to enter the C interface (temperature correction parameter interface: if 000 is displayed after C, it is the initial parameter). 6. Long press the SET key to return after setting. Observe whether the temperature displayed by the temperature control meter is consistent with the average value of the standard thermometer. 1. Preparation
2.1 Add an appropriate amount of water to the working room, and it is advisable to just soak the tray support.
2.2 Switch on the power supply and turn on the power switch.

2. Use method
2.1 the prefabricated asphalt concrete samples (or other specimens) are arranged neatly on the supporting plate inside the studio, and then water is added to the working room so that the water will soak the specimen and be about 30mm higher than the specimen.
2.2 Turn on the heating switch and the instrument will automatically control the heating process.
2.3 When the heating temperature rises to the required control temperature of the thermostat, record the time when the instrument stops heating and the temperature is constant.
2.4 the specimen shall be used after the temperature in the water tank is constant for at least 30 minutes.
2.5 after the test, turn the hot water valve at the bottom of the tank to drain the water in the tank, wipe the water on the surface of the instrument, and place the instrument in a dry and ventilated place.
3. Precautions in use
