HPMC TK40M is Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose,which is a cellulose-based polymer, HPMC is cellulose ether that have hydroxyl groups on the cellulose chain substituted for a methoxy or hydroxypropyl group. HPMC is used as a thickener, binder, and film former in construction,agrochemicals, coatings, ceramics, adhesives, inks, and various other applications. 
Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose(HPMC) is designed to enhance the quality and processing characteristics of construction materials such as tile adhesives and dry mix mortar,plasters,ceramic,self levelling etc. It can increase good workability and good water retention,excellent open time, slip resistance, impact resistance, adhesion and shear strength.
