Four, the operation steps
1. Open the rut tester application program, open the "control display panel" and "test curve" window;
2. Turn on the power switch of the electric cabinet and select the "Communication Port" button. Then the communication indicator on the system operation interface blinks, indicating that the communication is connected.
3. Check whether the displayed temperature is normal.
4. Switch on the power supply.
5. 6. Press the "Temperature control" button on the control panel.
7. Start of automatic rut detection test (Note: after the test temperature is stable):
A. Open the pneumatic switch, the test rubber wheel automatically rises, take out the test wheel support frame.
B. Load the test mold, adjust the lock to lock the test mold.
C. Turn off the pneumatic switch and the test rubber wheel drops automatically.

F. Click the "TEST START" button on the control display panel (Note: this should be performed after the test temperature is stabilized again.

H. after the end of the test, open the pneumatic switch, the test rubber wheel will rise automatically, and take out the test mold.
I. Adjust the installation position of the displacement sensor upward as far as possible (to prevent the displacement of the detector top during the next thick mold test).
J. Place the test mold reverse buckle at the bottom of the test wheel, turn off the pneumatic switch, and the test rubber wheel will fall automatically.

V. Technical requirements

Six, check method
Standard instruments for calibration
1.1 Stopwatch: the dividing value is 0.1s.

2 Verification Procedure
2.1 Visually inspect the appearance of the equipment and check the insulation of the whole machine with a pen.
2.2 Test wheel ground pressure measurement: the measurement is carried out at 60℃. A 50mm thick steel plate is placed on the test table, a piece of millimeter square paper is spread on it, and a new carbon paper is spread on it. after the prescribed 700N load is added, the static pressure carbon paper of the test wheel can be obtained on the square paper, and the ground pressure can be obtained accordingly.
2.3 Prepare a standard specimen and test it according to the standard procedure. Measure the walking distance of the test wheel with a steel ruler and randomly check six round trips; the longitudinal round-trip rolling speed was measured with a stopwatch for six random 1min periods. Check whether the main engine can stop automatically when the test time reaches 1 hour or the displacement deformation displayed by the machine reaches more than 25mm.
2.4 When the specimen temperature indicated by the equipment is 60±0.5℃, the temperature of the constant greenhouse and the surface of the specimen is measured with the standard thermometer. The difference between the temperature indicated by the equipment and the reading of the standard thermometer is the temperature control accuracy, and 6 points are measured in different parts of the constant greenhouse and the surface of the specimen.
3 Evaluation of Results
