Three, the main structure and working principle
1. Structure: It is mainly composed of two-speed motor, sand box, transmission box, spindle, eccentric seat, stirring leaf, stirring pot, base, automatic lifting system, program controller and so on.
2. how it works
the two-speed DC permanent magnet motor passes the power to the worm in the transmission box through the bushing, and then passes through the worm wheel and a pair of gears to the main shaft and decelerates. The spindle drives the eccentric seat to rotate synchronously, so that the stirring blade fixed on the eccentric seat rotates. At the same time, the stirring blade rotates around the fixed inner gear ring through the planetary gear on the upper end of the blade shaft. The stirring pot and the support are locked with the eccentric groove, and the sand can be automatically added or manually added at the specified time after the sand is added to the sand tank. The handle is used for lifting and positioning the stirring pot position.
Four, installation and debugging
1. the machine installation, just put the main machine on the flat cement platform, and a layer of 5-8MM thick rubber plate on the bottom surface.
2. Connect the 220V power supply to the jack of the sand mixer and turn on the power supply.
3. Run a cycle when starting the machine, observe the distance between the stirring leaf and the stirring pot, and screen whether there is abnormal sound during the operation of the mixer.
5. Operation and use

(1) Press at high speed: when the lifting motor rises to the stirring level, the indicator light of the rising process is on, and the high-speed stirring starts in place. the high-speed indicator light is on, and the timing starts from 0-999, and the timing overflow starts again from 0.
(2) Low speed press: the lifting motor rises to the stirring level, and the indicator light of the rising process is on. In place, the low speed stirring starts, and the low speed indicator light is on, and the timing starts from 0-999, and the timing overflow starts again from 0.
(3) Start Gaza and press: when the lifting motor rises to the stirring level, the indicator light of the rising process will be on, and the Gaza indicator light will be on, and the timing will start from 0-999, and the timing overflow will start again from 0.

Six, adjustment and maintenance
1. Adjustment: the working gap between the stirring leaf and the stirring pot has been adjusted to 3±1 mm range before the machine leaves. to adjust the working gap between stirring leaf and stirring pot, loosen the adjusting nut and turn the blade to move it up and down to the correct gap, and then tighten the adjusting nut. The clearance is measured by a random measuring rod.
2. Maintenance:
(1) the working site should be kept clean. after each use, the residual mortar inside and outside the stirring leaf and stirring pot should be thoroughly removed, and the mortar and dirt scattered and splashed on the machine should be cleaned. after drying, the protective cover should be put on to prevent dust.
(2) the machine has no external refueling hole. Transmission box worm gear pay, gear pay and bearings and other moving parts add butter once a season, and sometimes, open the transmission box cover can be, between the support and the column guide rail, between the lifting mechanism should often drop oil lubrication, maintenance once a year, the machine is all cleaned and filled with lubricating oil and grease.
