1. Introduction:
YE5 super high efficiency energy-saving motor (Grade 1 energy efficiency) is our new generation product, which is a new generation of energy-saving three-phase asynchronous motor developed on the basis of high efficiency motor YE4 motor through more strict energy-saving transformation, with novel design, beautiful shape, low noise, high torque, good starting performance, compact structure, easy to use and maintain, etc.. Its efficiency reaches the Grade 1 energy efficiency standard in GB18613-2020 "Functional Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium-sized Three-phase Asynchronous Motors", and is expected to pass the energy-saving product certification of China Quality Certification Center soon.
2. Technical parameters:
the power level, electrical performance and installation size and tolerance of YE5 motor are in accordance with the national standard GB755 "rotating raw energy" International Electrotechnical Commission standard IEC34-1 "rotating motor rating and performance" and machinery industry standard GB/T4772.1, etc.
YE5 motor shell protection grade according to GB4942.1 and IEC34-5 "rotating motor shell protection grade" the cooling method of this series motor is IC411 according to GB/T1993 and IEC34-6 "rotating motor cooling method" standard.
3. Performance characteristics:
   the structure and installation type of this series motors are IMB3 (horizontal with foot, end cover without flange), IMB5 (horizontal base without foot, end cover with flange), IMB35 (horizontal base with foot, end cover with flange), IMV1 (vertical base without foot, end cover with flange) in accordance with GB/T997 and IEC34-7 "Motor Structure and Installation Type Code".
    this series of motor adopts class F insulation, and the temperature rise of the whole series is assessed according to class B, thus greatly improving the safety and reliability.
