Description of Structure
TD502-2 environment-friendly negative pressure sieve analyzer is composed of two parts: sieve analyzer and industrial vacuum cleaner. the industrial vacuum cleaner is composed of a motor and a filter bag, a dust cleaning device, a vacuum pressure gauge to measure negative pressure, and a dust collecting cylinder to collect dust (Figure 1).

Chapter 2: Instructions for use
Principle of operation
TD502-2 environment-friendly negative pressure sieve analysis instrument uses air flow as the power medium of screening. When working, the whole system maintains negative pressure state. the final material to be tested in the screen screen is in a fluid state under the action of the air flow from the rotating jet nozzle, and moves with the air flow. the coarse particles larger than the size of the screen are left in the test screen, so as to achieve the purpose of screening. the screening system is combined with a small cyclone dust collection cylinder, which can collect fine particles through the screen from the air stream, the collection rate can reach more than 95%, thus reducing the number of dust cleaning vacuum cleaner.
2. Operation steps:
Put the test screen on the sieve base of the sieve analyzer to check the sealing performance; Then, the sample is weighed according to the required amount, poured into the test sieve, cover the sieve lid. Switch on the power supply (note: the power block must be grounded) according to the set screening time to turn on the switch, screening analyzer began to work; after automatic shutdown, the test screen in the screen residue weighing, screening test results can be obtained.
Screen analysis time setting: the set time of the machine is 120 seconds, 180 seconds, press the switch key. after setting the time, you can press the ON/off key for continuous sieve analysis.
Chapter three: Installation and maintenance knowledge
1. Equipment Installation:
1.1 the screen analyzer should be kept horizontally when working to avoid external vibration and impact.
1.2 the sole foot of the equipment should be smoothly padded.
1.3 the power supply of the device should be connected with a ground cable.
Maintenance knowledge
2.1 after each use, clean the shell in time. When cleaning the shell, use a soft cloth with soapy water to wipe it. Do not use gasoline or alcohol to wipe it.
2.2 after a period of use, if the rubber sealing ring is aging and damaged, it should be replaced in time, and the sealing degree must be covered thereafter.
2.3 after each use, the screen should be cleaned and the blocking phenomenon should be removed in time. the blocking phenomenon can be looked after by the screen in front of the sunshine light. the specific methods of screen cleaning and maintenance should be observed as follows:
2.3.1 after each use, the brush should be gently cleaned from the front and back of the screen to remove the ash in time, and the test screen should be stored in a dry container or plastic bag.
2.3.2 When the screen is blocked, the test screen can be reversed on the sieve analyzer, cover the screen cover for backsuction, empty screen for a period of time, and gently scrub with the sieve.
2.3.3 When the screen is blocked seriously, cleaning agent can be used to scrub.
2.4 If the filter bag of industrial vacuum cleaner is damaged, it should be replaced immediately to avoid dust entering the motor and damaging the vacuum cleaner.
2.5 Industrial vacuum cleaner in use, the air intake, exhaust outlet and other places can not be blocked, once blocked, dust reduction, motor overheating, easy to damage.
2.6 after long-term use, if the motor brush is worn and cannot be used, it should be replaced with a new brush of the same specification.
2.7 at the end of each test, the vibration device of the filter bag should be pulled to make the dust fall into the drawer.
Remarks:
When the number displayed on the negative pressure gauge is less than 4000Pa, clean the dust from the container. Generally, cleaning once every month (individual users can determine according to the number of use), open the dust cleaning door, gently beat the filter bag with a wooden rod, so that the dust falls from the filter bag, dump the dust, and finally close the dust cleaning door.
